Hi!

I’ve taken over my dads Honda cb650c 1981. He has not been riding it for 10 years so I had to leave it to a mechanic. That guy made his magic and the bike ran like a swiss armywatch but the other day when I tried to start it the choke was completely stuck. I couldn’t get it up and there was no way to start it. Does anyone here know what could be wrong. Don’t want to transport it to the mechanic again… Plz advice.
