Ihave bought a 1983 650 Nighthawk Sport bike, and want to know about the rear driveshaft gearoil capicity. My bike merely has a cap over the rear unit stem, no dipstick. there is a lower drain bolt, and a higher (halfway) screw on the gear box. What is the capicity, and how do you check this rear-end fluic capicity?
