Hi have a 1980 CB 650 custom that I´m trying to get running. the clutch was dragging so I put in new Clutch plates but it still seems to be dragging. it´s also really hard to shift between gears. do you think it´s the cable? it seems fine but I new to working on bikes and I don´t know how to tell if it needs to be replaced or not.
