check the choke on the bike, and make sure the gas is clean.
drain gas, if it is brownish drain tank 100%.
-use a trank cleaner and etcher, with a liner.
--most bike shops have this has a kit for rusty/old tanks
---after this is complete throw the bike together
-fill with gas and start it up and make sure to choke it.
