I live in Spain.
I own a Palmo T150, colour: Champagne.
Super runabout, turns many heads, big conversation starter!
Only weakness so far is that the park/lock needs to be operated with care to ensure that the vehicle does not topple over when parked.
Follow the mechanism operating rules when parking and it shouldl be fine.
