My CB550k will not charge the battery; battery is new accepts charge from ane external charger and passes load test , all known earths on bike have been cleaned and checked , alternator has 85 +volts out of all three phases , l have replaced the original reg and rect with an upgrade reg/rec unit, but still only just reaches 13volts @ 4000rpm with headlight off , less with light on ....HELP!
