I bought a beat up 550 for 500 bucks and I am almost finished putting it back in shape. Rebuilt carbs and exhaust put bike back to original configuration. have about 1000 bucks in it. I always wanted one of these for sentimental reasons and I enjoy working on the bike. It is a lot cheaper than a classic car.
