Ladies and Gentlemen, has anyone had a problem with their 78 Honda CB550K and its starter gear on the primary shaft w/in the transmission. I can get most of the parts,(sprague clutch, rollers, springs,) but not the worn gear itself. The gear teeth are fine but the outside portion where the rollers engage that part to turn the engine is showing wear and slips when the starter tries to turn it over. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
