The featured bike is mine and I bought it new. The first half of its life it was my only transportation. I now use it for work and pleasure on nice days only. There are 75000 original miles all by me. My bike is all stock, including the headers and exhaust.
I have had no major problems with the bike and have found it to be very reliable. I have never had it in the shop, except for getting the carburetors synchronized years ago.
I can still find used parts without much of a problem using my local motorcycle salvage business. Many new and after market parts can still be ordered.
