| 1973 honda cb500cc - price? hello all, i just wanted to get an opinion from somebody on a bike i saw for sale. i stumbled upon a 1973 honda cb500 for sale and would like to know what should you expect to pay for something like this? i don´t mind tinkering with it but don´t want to spend a whole lot just to get it running smooth so it may not be worth it. i could not see the whole bike since it was covered but would like to go back when the weather clears. the seller didn´t know much about the history since he was not the original owner. i got this much info from looking at it and asking him questions. i can´t find much info or similiar pictures on the internet. -1973 honda cb500cc -just over 19,000 miles -5 spd, in-line 4, chain final drive -cyan metallic flake tank -chrome front & rear fenders -last driven was a year ago so the battery is shot -the past 4 months it has been sitting half covered open to the elements -surface rust on exposed chrome parts -seat is in good condition any info would be appreciated. thanks! christopher cadesigns@hotmail.com |
