Hello.

Engine was acting strange a few days back.
It sounded like it was getting too much gas.

I go to start it two days later, and the enging is still sluggish, and fuel is pouring out of a small port in the back of the enging.
The port is on the upper part of the engine.

I can find no hose that is loose, or corresponding port fot a potential hose to lead to.
Should there be a hose there?

Any advice or answers would be most helpful.
