I have one question, In the carburetor, if you remove the bowls on both carbs, there is a black plug in the slow speed hole. Is there supposed to be one in each carb. I only have one plug in one carb, I think someone was in there before me? Need to know if I need another rubber plug for the other. Thanks Pip
