I have 2 1978 CB400A´s. I had the same acceleration problems on the first one until I changed the carbs...all the difference in the world. It would hesitate on acceleration and was way under-powered. NOT NOW. When running on the highway at about 55-60 mph, I get 60 mpg. Less if I´m doing some city driving.
