Fuses??

Fuses??

I was wondering if anyone can confirm the fuse size and positioning of the fuses on the ´78 Hondamatic CB400A? I pulled mine as one was blown, and the fuse block was shorting, and the guy at my local parts store said that they looked to be the wrong ones to start with. He is not the Hondamatic expert, so I figured I would bring the question here.
