Yipes, it is hard now!
Honda may still sell these kits, check your dealer. Failing that, look through an on line parts list and see if any front brake caliper part numbers cross reference. All I can think of other than that is trying to find out what the differnces are between it an a newer model, perhaps the mounts and offsets are the same, and they are only different internally.
