Aw heck, I forgot to get back here and answer, sorry. For all steps, make sure the connctions are very clean and tight and in generally good condition. 2 wires just under the master cylinder, remove them, making sure to note where to put them back. With the ignition on, use a multimeter and see if you get power, if not trace the wire back to find the broken or loose point. If power, then connect it and see if you get power out of the switch to the other when you squeeze the brake, if not it´s the switch, you may be able to clean it out if you are careful. If power, then disconnect the other end of that wire and check for power when the brake is squeezed. I can´t see anything wrong further back, since that would affect the rear brake too. |
