Wet weight of the CB 400 is about 400-410 lbs, and it is not particularly top-heavy, so she should find it much easier to handle. Many beginning motorcyclists are unfamiliar with manual transmissions, and learning to shift smoothly is an early limitation for them. Sounds perfect to me.
