The manual is rather confusing on this subject. Would you believe up-shifting at 12 mph? Downshifting at 3? As I recall, that is what a manual called for. Reason given was for mileage. I agree, 20 mph feels about right as well. I´d suspect it would NOT shift at 40 mph. In any case get it moving, and then up shift, when it is convenient. |
