hi im gad from philippines i really love to ride bikes i start ridding since im 10 now i own a 2002 kawasaki eliminator 175cc this was my first owned bike now my question is about the cb400 bcoz my neighbor is selling it 4 40thousand pesos or 715 us dollars is it worth it and is that bike really works pls respond thanx
