Change oil every 600 miles(1000km), use SE or SF oil , every 12000miles (19200km) change oil filter element.
I suggest to use SAE 20W50 mineral or semi-synth. oil (weather -8 degrees C (15 F) and up).
You need 2.5 litres for oil change (3litres, if you rebuild engine)
