i have a little Pagsta chopper scooter. everytime i get it on the road it bogs down and loses power when i get up to about 30 mph. I got it for my girlfriend to ride to work but she wont ride it cause it wont go fast enough or even keep a constant speed. I tryed cleaning out the carb and fuel filter and messing wiht the carb adjustment screws but to no avail it still loses power under high rpms. i dont get it any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
