Clymer should have at least an exploded view of your carbs, Haynes has a decent manual for them, as for common problems, well if the cam chain tensioner recall hasn´t been done then that is a major problem, the bike inherently has very low power at the bottom of it´s rpm reaching a peak somewhere about 5-6 k... I´ve found that the stock carbs do not like to stay tuned well, so I picked up a set of 34 mm Mikuni round slide carbs (at about $300) but that´s a bit too much of an investment for you at the moment, I haven´t really had much of a problem but others has complained about a week clutch, that can usually be resolved with stronger clutch springs or even adding a plate to your clutch assembly... hmm sometiems it´s difficult to find decent tires for your rims although I have been able to use a set of comstar mags from a CM400 which with just a little modification lets me run a bit bigger tire and now I can use a nice low profile sport bike tire on front and back. Check your steering head bearings when you get the front end apart, if you tear it down be very careful of the ball bearings, I think there are 19 for the bottom and 18 for the top, but don´t quote me on that, your manual should tell you. Clean ball bearings and races very well and use a heavy axle grease to repack, the when putting back together tighten your top race nut down by hand and then using a punch tap it tight and keep tapping until you hear a distinct change in pitch from the punch kind of like \
