I have a 74 CB 360, currently missing a rear turn signal, one front lens, a busted right handlebar control pod, airbox, and side plates. I could use alittle help figuring out what going on. I have replaced the point, and corrected the wiring issues, I have spark and good compression, however, I have advanced and retarded the timing (both extremes) and even reversed the coils, my left cylinder fires down the the exhaust pipe like it should, and the right barks fire, out the intake port no matter what I do. My mechanical experience is leading me to belive it may have a burnt, or stuck intake valve in the right cylinder, am I on track here? Please send me a picture if you can of where your points base plate is positioned, I just need an eye ball point to start from. Im at sea level, so altitude isnt an issue. BTW,... I have popped the valve adjuster caps off to see if the valves are moving and they are all working fine. I dont have a clymer manual yet, so any help here would be great! Thanks yaughn |
