welcome to the addiction! ... get yourself a manual, PB blaster (for rusted parts), an impact screwdriver ... you have to go thru the bike in a methodical order .... brakes ... ignition ... fuel etc .... how bad is it?! ... auirt rusted parts with PB blaster and let sit for a few days ... keep it wet ... rust may be remove the same way ... replace cables ... try sirius inc. for replacement parts ... does it run?
