The top end speed was not over stated. In 1974 when I test-drove before buying my 1907 CB-350 I got it up to 105 mph on level ground. It was foolish, but then, I was young and foolish. On several occasions afterward I got to 90. Sure miss that bike. It was aqua-blue and I was 17. The electrical system gave me fits. I converted it into a chopper, drove it into the ground, and later it was stolen. Wish I had it back now in original condition.
