I was kinda asking same question, I have a 2003 and the fan comes on when temp hits above 215f or 101.6c waiting at siganls while in traffic, the temp has gone as high as 220f or 104.4c. If the coolent is correct mix and the fan is starts I would check, thermostat to see if its opening all the way when temp goes up and closing when temp goes down.
