| Was just thinking about this motorcycle while watching video of the new CB 1100. While working at a dealership in 1985 I got to ride a used model for a few weeks. I liked it, Honda builds good stuff; there was one odd thing about it. At highway speeds it would have a slow roll from side to side, like a slow-motion headshake. Honda tech recommended over-torquing the steering head bearings, which I did. I vaguely remember that it improved the issue. |
