Whenever I used to pop it up, I used to get high RPMs and lean back just a hair while you let the clutch out pretty fast. Keep a good handle on it b/c it´s a feel thing. After you have it up for about 10´ you´ll know how to get it a bit higher and longer. Just be ready to kill the bike a bit b/c when you´re learning, you will wreck unless you´re lucky. You can take that one to the bank.
