1988 CBR1000F, Carbs rebuilt, new plugs, tank cleaned out, new fuel filter, fuel pump points checked look good, new petcock. bike idles good and runs good but without power until around 6k then power bounces in and out. Lots of noise from the timing chain. Suggestions?
