Bike quit running.

A friend has a 919 that sit all year. She out fresh fuel in it along with seafoam additive and got it running. It developed a problem cutting out. Then it cut out and quit completely. The guages went to zero and the bike just clicks, will not turn over. Any idea as to how to diagnose or fix the problem?
