I have had the same problem with my 2004..I am 5´5´ and I have found on uneven ground it difficult to reach the ground..I have had a shoemaker add more sole to my bike boots. Ihave also had the foam taken out of the seat, right now I am having GP suspension in Oregon take the shock off andchange the spring..Most suspension places should be able to do this, unfortunately I have found the shock is fixed.Unlike the SV where there are lowering kits available. If you have come up with any other solutions, please let meknow..as I have been real frustrated!!! Heather
