I just got a yellow 599 in June, I also have a cr250 (supercross). The 599 will be smooth compared to 2-strokes. My only complaint is that there is not enough rear brake. I have had my 599 up to at least 145, by that time my head was shaking too hard to read the gauges, the bike was still glued to the road but the wind was killing me. It still had a little more but I doubt it will do 160. This is my first street bike and I love it but then I dont have anything to compare it to. If you can peel yourself off it Wednesday please let me know what you think. Congratulations! John
