The Ruckus and Metropolitan have the same advertised engine and drivetrain specs which are minimal. Yet the Ruckus is heavier and has a fatter rear wheel. Are there any compensating differences? Maybe different fixed gear ratio or engine design? If not I would expect the the Metropolitan to slightly out pull the Ruckus on a hill. Any experience or knowledge about this appreciated.
