New to the forum and new rider. Just got my motorcycle license at 49 years old and bought a 2009 Suzuki Blvd C50T with 1000 miles on it from a coworker. Day 1 of riding didn´t go as well as I had hoped. Left me stranded with what appears to be a battery issue, we tried jump starting but bike wouldn´t stay running long enough to get out of the parking lot. Luckily we were only about 3 blocks from home so since my husband is an experienced rider I towed him home at 5 mph. We will replace the battery tomorrow; however if that doesn´t correct the problem any tips on what I should check next?
