Hi,i bought the 1700 Nomad at the 1st of April, never tried it out because it was ordered. as soon as i drove it home i was not happy. Seat was to close to gas tank, had very loud belt noise or transmission wine, an would ping when you gave it gas after each shift,each time you shifted up a gear it would bang in.
I bought it, now i am stuck with it. ne has a very loud knock it last for about 10 miles longer now that it is getting colder out. Seems like after Kawasaki sells the bike they will not stand behind it,been back several times, its just a wast of time, no different when you drive it out.This is the only bike i can say i wasted my money on and i think of that every day i drive it. I could not sell it because anybody that drove it would see the problems. I would love to know if i have the only lemon or did Kawasaki screw lots of customers. Also the bike could burn the insde of your right leg on hot days, if i could only get my roadking back!
