Hi, I just asked a question you may feel is stupid. I have been riding mopeds, scooters and motor bikes for about 44 years. I now have a grand dink which I bought new in Dec 08. I commute from my house in Spain to Gibraltar most days on the scooter, 110km a day. I currently drive most of the way keeping the revs down to 8000. If I drive as with my previous bikes (no rev counter) will it harm the engine?
