Hi,
I´m new here and fairly new Harley owner. My bike is a Sportster 1200. I did experience battery drainage when I first bought it and was left stranded a couple of times. The Harley dealership in Ft. Myers, Florida fixed that problem though. I remember it wasn´t difficult for them to fix, but I can´t remember exactly what the problem was. I haven´t done anything to it myself yet, but the previous owner did put Vance & Hines exhaust on it and a few cosmetics accessories. I´d like to change the handle bars to a higher and narrow style one of these days. Will be back home in May to enjoy away from trucking.
