| Bought my 2008 Inferno Orange CVO Springer Softail new off the showroom floor from Dublin Harley Davidson and I love it. What a machine! My day to day ride is a BMW R1200GS but when the sun comes out its time for the Springer to come out to play. Vance and Hines big radius pipes, Hi Flo filter, its an absolute torque monster! The handling is suprisingly good, its agile and the tyres Harley had developed for the bike are excellent, great grip and feel. Even with the single disc front brake the brakes are very effective. Its the bike of my dreams for a sunny day cruiser, not a machine you would think of touring on, long distant comfort is not something it would do well but when the sun comes out and you just want to cruise? Nothing you can buy off the shelf does it better. |
