Rear height adjustment

Regarding the spring/shock and the linkage to the swingarm- Do you think its possible to either, modify the linkage or fabricate a replacement that´s shorter, to lower the rear end of the Gilera Nexus 500 to a point that (in concert with lowering the front-forks through the mounting clamps) a 750mm seat height is achievable?

I´m drawn to the sporting quality of the Nexus but I appreciate the 750mm seat height of the Yamaha Majesty 400 & Suzuki Burgman 650.
