Got manual on QM200GY in Russian, not the bike yet. =) It says:
Use SAE10W40 motor oil.

first 800 km - ( 5000 rpm
up to 1600 ( 7500 rpm
after 1600 km ( 10000 rpm

Change oil once you get 1000 km and then every 5000 km.
