I am planning an at home project. I currently have a 2008 tank urban classic 150cc. It has an auto transmission and a 150cc (I believe its a 4 stroke engine, but i could be wrong)I recently have been wanting to upgrade to a bigger engine but love the scooter. I am thinking of( if possible) replacing the 150cc with a 250cc and if possible uprgade the transmission to either manual or a new auto. Also I was wondering for the 250cc engines do they come with Fuel injection or do you still have to have the carb with those. So in summary I want to upgrade to a 250cc engine and have it be fuel injected. any suggestions on where/ how and how much this would cost. I am willing to put 1500 into this. that or spend 2500 on a used ninja 250r. I like my scooter and just need it faster.
