I am considering a UM Matrix II 150 for mainly in-town use and commuting in a medium-sized university town. I would be very interested to receive advice and your experience with UM´s Matrix models, company customer service, etc. Is the Matrix line reliable? Convenient to maintain? Do they stand up well to regular and ordinary use? Any insight would be appreciated.
