removing Morphous body panel???

I have an 06 Morphous with a scratched rear body panel and I´m trying to remove it to install a new panel. I can get all the screws removed except one. There is a screw that holds the back on that looks like you would have to remove the tail light assembly to get at but nothing is obvious. Does anyone have any suggestions?
