Howdy!

I have the 2003 Caopnord Rally Raid. I live in Jakarta Indonesia, and the only Dealer in the entire country went out of business; as did the Singapore Dealer. This bike is great!
I do have an over-heating problem, and a RPM over idling problem. The frame gets so hot it burns my boots. The exhaust system gets so hot it burns my ass. I am leaving the country, and I will be selling my bike. I will then buy it again when I get back to the USA. This time I hope to have the frame, and exhaust system plasma sprayed with a Zirconium oxide thermal coating. I also plan to add two more electric Radiator Fans.
