I have a 78 Honda express that has not been cranked in 20 years. Ran perfect when it was parked. I have put a new battery in it, clean the carburetor, flushed out the old gas, change the spark plug, and just giving it an all-around good cleaning. I am getting a good spark at the spark plug, The first time I tried to crank it it started immediately and blew out a lot of smoke so I turned it off so I could turn on the fan. Try for the next two hours and could not get it to crank. Acts like it won´t even hit any. I do have a compression of 145 PSI that does not leak down even after 10 minutes. Starting fluid does not help a bit. Any clues, thanks
