i bought a new 05-s50 my wife weighs 230 and is 6 ft tall.she has trouble with the back pegs being to high up for her to sit another thing i have found is i weigh 230 also and the combined weight 260 lbs. gas weighs 27lbs bike weighs 443for a total of 930 the GVW IS 950. i have been riding for years and have never hit the foot pegs. had a wreck broke her ankle and i tore up my kneecap i was only going 18mph. i just wanted to tell you that this could happen
