Yea, just looking at the bikes I doubt it. Just looking at the seats the SV is a two section seat and the GS is a 1. I don´t know how compatible these are. I would think a Katana or GSX-R would be a better fit, honestly the best choice is to just recover your GS seat. I know I did that with my bike and it turned out great.
