look dude the problem is that somebody took your petcock apart and the diaphram is bad now. they sell rebuild kits but the work for about a year if that so I would say just buy a new one and check into getting a new petcock for a 94 or 95 it doesn´t have the little vacuum line. elimanate the vacuum line with a screw in the end and buy a new one without the vacuum line it is also $60 cheaper. it will fix everything
