2016 kuberg freerider. Not operated or charged for 1 to 2 years. I follow plug in directions to wall, turn on charger, wait 30 seconds, plug into off bike.
The left light is red, the right light blinks red and turns green. Lights don´t change from that position. No noise or fan from charger.

Can you assist with the problem and remedy. Thanks, Les
