bought this scooter at a pawn shop, very good condition, but not running, took to a vespa shop, they got it running,did not ride because of snow,seem to run just fine, rode a very short time, did not have much power, and then power was almost gone, it has a red deck, with green front fender, castrol oil paint scheme with casrtol stickers, year not known, where can i send to get fixed?
